4A. Raw Footage & Editing Rights

The footage captured during this offer will be edited by our team to produce a highlight reel and select stills. Raw, unedited footage is not included as part of this promotion or standard deliverables. We retain full control over the editing process to maintain quality and consistency.

Requests for raw footage can be accommodated for an additional fee and may require a separate license agreement. Clients are not permitted to edit, repurpose, or distribute raw or edited content beyond the agreed terms unless explicitly authorized in writing.

4B. Scope of Free Offer

This promotional offer includes a standard shoot and a highlight reel edited at our discretion. We reserve the right to determine the shoot duration, location limitations, final deliverables, and whether the project qualifies for participation. Requests for custom edits, alternate versions, or project-specific requirements may be subject to additional fees.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials produced by British Drone Company (including drone footage, images, logos, and branding) remain the intellectual property of UK DRONE MARKETING LTD unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients may use the delivered content for their own business purposes. However, reselling, editing, or repurposing without permission is not allowed unless contractually permitted.

5A. Ownership Clarification

Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final delivered content for their own marketing or business use. This license does not include resale, redistribution, or unauthorized editing. Any requests for broader usage must be made in writing and may incur additional charges.

6. Cancellations or No-Shows

If a business agrees to participate in the offer and then cancels with less than 48 hours' notice or is unavailable at the scheduled time, we reserve the right to revoke the offer or charge a nominal rescheduling fee. This is to protect the time, planning, and resources required for each shoot.

7. Limitation of Liability

We strive to deliver high-quality drone services. However, we shall not be held liable for:
